Appointments

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Credit card is required to ensure a reservation.

Cancellations

We request 24 hours advance notice for cancellation of services. We reserve the right to charge for 50% of scheduled service.

Late Arrival

Your late arrival may limit our ability to offer full treatment, and you will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments.

Return policy

Gift cards are not refundable and are valid for one year from the date of purchase.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity, 15% – 20% is both appropriate and appreciated. A cash gratuity is specially appreciated.


  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that appears to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances. Or any reason.
  • Sexual advances, comments or innuendos toward our staff will result in immediate termination of treatments.
  • Noise to ensure peace and tranquility in our treatment areas; please maintain conversation at considerate volume.
  • Cell phones are not allowed in the treatment areas please turn off all electronic devices.
  • Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries with could affect your service when making your spa reservation.
  • We are not responsible for personal belongings.
  • We accept cash and major credit cards. No personal checks.
